If media calls someone POPULIST, mentally replace that term with - “Someone this person does not approve of.”


If you are trying to start, do not search for the perfect/best/optimal way to begin.

Pick the easiest one with the least resistance.

Perfection and optimization can come later.


You can either view the new year with disdain as an arbitrary date or see it as a glorious opportunity to start something new.


Most businesses define customer service as sending unnecessary greetings and offers when you do not have a need and being non-responsive when you have a real problem.


If you put your critical thoughts out in public, you are bound to say something wrong or change your mind in the future.

You need to make peace with this.


Criticizing is an ineffective way to bring about change. Criticizing puts people into a defensive mode.

The effective way is to ask questions and trigger introspection and curiosity.


If you are into recreational fitness, you will be more served by doing a wide range of activities - different sports, lifting, cardio, etc.

You will be exposed to a wide range of movements as well as different heart rate zones.


Instead of starting a new diet, tweak your food habits.

Reduce carbs and processed food.

Dry fruits as munchies instead of junk.

Replace sugar with artificial sweeteners, Stevia, etc.

Fruits for desserts.

You will see a difference.


To get into a habit, find a trigger point.

For example, I used to forget to sync my running watch with the app, and the watch would run out of memory.

Now, I do it as soon as my run is over. The end of the run is the trigger point, and it has become a habit.


Daughter, nephews and I stepped out of our apartment to buy Uno cards.

Me - Keep your eyes open for a toy store.

Them - Open Google maps and type “toy store near me.”

This generation is going to be digital natives and that will have massive implications.


Leaders should be actively on the lookout to give up control of things where they are becoming a bottleneck, not adding value and hindering speed.


It is not either THIS or THAT, it is something in between.
